At SRB we understand that the homeowner experience begins well before construction begins and that’s why we strive to make the entire process as comfortable as possible for our customers. From conception to design to construction and after we endeavor to make home building / renovating a joyful experience for our customers. We realize that home building can often be stressful and overwhelming and help our customers with selection, time lines and changes. We regularly meet with our customers and give them an opportunity to walk each stage of the construction.

Internally we have processes for quality construction which involve with meetings with sub contractors /engineers/vendors in our office and on site and clearly defining the construction standards and expectations. Our goal is to pay as much or more attention to what is behind the walls that is not visible as to what is clearly seen outwardly. Our goal is to provide best quality for the best value to our customers.
